THE RADIX RAMBLE - Planning a roadmap for the future!

Life does not always go as planned and neither do careers. For me, sticking to my core values has carried me through many years of seeking opportunities that exceeded my expectations due to my willingness to adapt to change.

My commitment to pursuing excellence through dedication, experience, and discipline kept me focused on my goals. Some of my trusted core values that never changed include an ongoing passion to deliver quality, safety, and profitable projects, and developing a company culture that provides diversity and overall employee well-being. The reason for writing this blog is because I believe in each person’s potential. It is my goal to help provide employees with an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

My journey began after building up extensive experience in heavy civil construction, Survey / Management. I realized I wanted share my knowledge in additional fields in the construction industry. The lessons of discipline and commitment to others were bestowed upon me during my military service. I also witnessed the importance of great leadership.

Fortunately, my employer’s management team had envisioned a higher role for me. Working in a forward-thinking environment, I seized an opportunity to help create my dream job that would not only add value to the firm, but also fulfill me personally and professionally. Collaborating with my mentor, we saw the market demand for a Quality Control/ Construction Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) Service Company. I am excited about the new venture named “Radix Group.” I hope my career journey demonstrates that through dedication, experience, and discipline, with an ongoing passion to deliver quality for myself and others, it is possible realize your dream if you can step out of the box, stay out of your comfort zone, and make “Incredible Happen”!
