BIO
The Radix Group is excited to welcome April Meric to the team as their new Construction Services Manager. April brings to the table unique resourcefulness and a multifaceted portfolio of skill sets that she has gained over the last 15 years.
Being a KPI driven leader, April is always seeking new effective approaches that ensures digitalization consistently increasing her knowledge in the construction field industry. Whether she is collaborating with her team in the field, communicating with a partner or presenting for a crowd, April firmly believes that communication is one of the most powerful tools for success. A graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, April has the communication skills to clearly articulate her vision, communicate quickly accurately and effectively.
When not at work, April enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering within the local community of New Orleans. On weekends, you can find her ‘playing tourist’ in the great city of New Orleans when she isn’t traveling or cooking in the kitchen.
GLENDA ALLEN
GENERAL MANAGER
BIO
A Louisiana native Glenda is excited to become part of The Radix Groups team as the general manager. Glenda’s strong skills-sets make her an integrated part in overseeing day-to-day office management at The Radix Group. On a regular day, Glenda can be seen managing and overseeing bookkeeping, accounting, Human Resource duties and purchase orders.
Other daily duties consist of handling subcontract bids; pay application approval and processing of subcontract and vendor subcontracts; main liaison between owners, architects, and engineers; monthly budget projections, invoicing and more. Glenda has over twenty-seven years of construction management, quality control experiences, as well as expert level project experience in the federal government agencies such as (USN, GSA, USACE, and FAA).
In 1993, Glenda Allen was the first female project manager for during the Casino boom on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In her spare time, Glenda enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors on the water in her pontoon boat on the Tchefuncte River.
Parker Hoshman

Radix Group is excited to welcome Parker Hoshman to the team! Mr. Hoshman graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Prior to Parker’s employment with K-Belle Consultants, he was a staff accountant for a CPA firm located in Daytona Beach, FL. Parker has also worked in the insurance industry as a FEMA housing inspector for an Emergency Management firm in Texas.
Parker has expert level skill sets that consist of, but are not limited to preparing tax returns, performing analytical procedures, handling audits, accounting, overseeing data entry personnel, profitability, cash flow and more.
