ABOUT Radix Group
Radix Group is a Louisiana-based construction support and engineering services company dedicated to helping contractors and subcontractors streamline operations, reduce compliance burdens, and improve project outcomes. Headquartered in Jefferson, Louisiana, we bring our mission to life by making “Amazing Happen” in every community and city we serve.
Our team is composed of passionate, diverse professionals who believe in unlocking the full potential of each individual. We foster a culture where innovation thrives, collaboration is celebrated, and every employee is empowered to grow.
Radix Group was founded during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when many businesses were struggling to adapt. Kristi Matthews, PE, saw an opportunity to support her peers in the Heavy Civil and Engineering sectors. Drawing from her deep experience in both field and office roles, Kristi recognized that her strengths in systems thinking and operational design could complement the work of contractors and subcontractors.
She understood the burden placed on prime contractors—especially the time-consuming and often frustrating demands of regulatory compliance and reporting. With insight into the needs of both primes and subs, Kristi developed a business model that streamlines field office operations, allowing contractors to focus on what they do best: building.
